Zaw Ali is a Lahore-born singer, songwriter and filmmaker who blends modern pop, R&B and ghazal-inspired expression. She first attracted widespread attention on Coke Studio Pakistan Season 10, where she performed “Ronay Na Diya” with her father, singer and composer Sajjad Ali (Fankar Online).
Like fellow Lahore vocalists Zoha Waseem and Maanu, Zaw Ali built her own identity in Pakistan’s contemporary music scene, and she writes, performs and produces her own work.

Zaw Ali is a Pakistani singer, songwriter and filmmaker born in Lahore. She comes from a highly respected musical family: her father is the renowned singer and composer Sajjad Ali, her uncle Waqar Ali is a song producer and her uncle Ejaz Haider is a singer. She first attracted widespread attention through her appearance on Coke Studio Pakistan Season 10, where she performed “Ronay Na Diya” with her father, released in August 2017. Her music blends modern pop, R&B and ghazal-inspired expression with South Asian influences, and her songs include “Ghari Ghari”, “Kuch Ishq Tha”, “Intezar”, “Kali Rat” and “Roshni”. Her single “Aarzu” followed in 2026.
